You have a Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) virtual application package version 18.104.22.1685 on a client computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. When you try to run the virtual application, the application does not run and is not inventoried by Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager.
This problem occurs because an App-V version 22.214.171.1245 virtual application is not supported on Windows 7 or on Windows Server 2008 R2.
To resolve this problem, install App-V 4.6 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or a later version. Then, install hotfix 2645225.
