The Microsoft Windows CE operating system that currently ships with the Polycom CX700 CX600 CX500 CX3000, Aastra 6721ip 6725ip, and Hewlett Packard 4110 4120 phone devices has a network API design limitation. This design limitation prevents the detection of the actual network link speed and therefore the network API will only report a network link speed of 10000 Kbps
