You are instructed to remove the error immediately. However, when you run a scan to remove the error, the scan does not run.
Because you are using Microsoft Security Essentials, you can obtain assistance from MS Support with malware removal. To obtain assistance, follow these steps:
- Visit https://support.microsoftsecurityessentials.com.
- In the Scanning, detecting, and removing threats area, click I think my computer is infected.
- Select your country, and then click Continue.
- Select the type of support that you want for Microsoft Security Essentials.
