This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Brazilian (br) region.
Symptoms
Assume that you apply hotfix 2637678 and hotfix 2677479 in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Brazilian localization layer installed. When you send an NF-e file of an ICMS complementary invoice to the government, the NF-e file is rejected by the government. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Error 531 - Rejection: Total ICMS amount origin differs from the summation of the items.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
