FIX: IME 3.1 for Japanese experiences memory leak when you change keyboard layout in Windows Embedded Compact 7

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a Japanese version of a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based image installed on a device that includes the following component:
Microsoft Input Method Editor (IME) 3.1 for Japanese (SYSGEN_IMEJPN)
  • You call the ActivateKeyboardLayout API to change the keyboard layout.
In this scenario, IME 3.1 for Japanese experiences a memory leak. For example, the issue occurs when you change the keyboard layout between Japanese and English on the device.

The issue occurs because IME 3.1 for Japanese does not free allocated memory correctly.
