Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:
-
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, in Accounts Receivable Setup, you set the Delivery Date Control field to Sales Lead Time on the Shipments tab.
-
You create a new Sales Quotation in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.
-
You change the Delivery Date Control field to None.
-
You click Updates and then click Confirmation Menu.
-
You change the Reason field to Competency.
-
You select the Sales Order field, right-click the field and then select the Main table.
-
You click the Delivery tab.
In this scenario, the Delivery Date Control field in the header remains set to Sales Lead Time even though the field was set to None in the Sales Quotation.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method name that contains the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by viewing the KBxxxxxx.txt file against the objects in the AOT. Therefore, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note KBxxxxxx.txt is a placeholder for the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
This hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
