FIX: You cannot play a video that has a higher resolution than the screen resolution on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device

Symptoms


Assume that you try to play a video that has a higher resolution than the screen resolution on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device. For example, the screen resolution is 800 x 600, and the video resolution is 1024 x 576. In this situation, the video cannot be rendered. However, the audio will play.
