FIX: The border of a text box is displayed incorrectly after you export a report as an Excel 2007 file in SSRS 2012

Van toepassing: SQL Server 2012 Business IntelligenceSQL Server 2012 DeveloperSQL Server 2012 Enterprise

Microsoft distributes Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 1 fixes as one downloadable file. Because the fixes are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and all the security fixes that were included with the previous SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 1 fix release.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) report that contains a table or matrix.
  • You define an expression in the BorderStyle or BorderColor property of a text box in the table or matrix.
  • You export the report as an Excel 2007 file.
In this scenario, the border of the text box is not displayed according to the BorderStyle or BorderColor property that you defined.

Note The border is displayed correctly if you export the report as an Excel 2003 file.
