FIX: ScanVolumeEX function may not return some information about corruption on the exFAT file system in Windows Embedded Compact 7

Consider the following scenario:
  • You attach an exFAT file system mounted hard disk to a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device.
  • The hard disk is corrupted in a specific way.
  • You run an application that calls the ScanVolumeEX function in order to scan the hard disk.
In this scenario, the application may not return some information about the corruption.

The issue occurs because the ScanVolumeEx function does not detect problems involving this specific corruption.
