INTRODUCTION

This article describes that a country-specific update is available to comply with the "Nota técnica 2012.005" legislation of NF-e in Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with the Brazilian localization layer installed. This update also provides Resolução 13/2012 for Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with the Brazilian localization layer installed.

More Information

According to the legal requirements that are described in the "Nota técnica 2012.005" document, the following product origins are defined in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with the Brazilian localization layer installed:
0. National, not related to codes 3 to 5.
1. Imported, direct import, not related to code 6.
2. Imported, obtained in country/region, not related to code 7.
3. National, import content that is greater than 40%.
4. National, production compliant with legal adjusts.
5. National, import content that is less or equal than 40%.
6. Imported, no similar item in country/region, included in the CAMEX list and also for nature gas.
7. Imported, obtained in country/region, no national similar, included in the CAMEX list and also for nature gas.

In addition, this update includes a validation to avoid posting fiscal documents that contain more than 4% of ICMS in interstate operations according to the "Nota técnica 2012.005", "Nota técnica 2012.005b" and "Nota técnica 2012.005c" documents.
