This article describes an update that includes the 2013 daylight saving time (DST) change for Paraguay that is available for Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3. This update changes the time zone data to accommodate DST changes in Paraguay.

The government of Paraguay has shortened DST for 2013 so that it ends on March 23, 2013 instead of on April 6, 2013.

After you apply this update for the (GMT-4:00) Asuncion time zone, DST ends on March 23, 2013 at 23:59:59.999, and the clock reverts to 23:00:00.000 in Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3.
