FIX: Incorrect value is returned when you run an UPDATE CUBE statement in SSAS 2012

Symptoms


Assume that you have an UPDATE CUBE statement that uses the USE_WEIGHTED_ALLOCATION or USE_WEIGHTED_INCREMENT allocation methodin Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Analysis Services (SSAS 2012). When you run the UPDATE CUBE statement, a value of "0" may be returned instead of the expected "null" value. 

Note This issue does not occur in SSAS 2008 R2 or earlier in versions of SSAS.
