You experience network connection problems in Office Mobile on iPhone or Office Mobile on Android

To resolve these issues, follow these steps, as appropriate for your situation:
  1. Verify that your device has an Internet connection. The easiest way to do this is to open your Internet browser on your mobile device and then browse to a website such as
  2. Verify that Airplane Mode is turned off on your mobile device.
  3. If you're using Wi-Fi, work with your network administrator.
  4. If you're using your data plan (3G or 4G), work with your wireless carrier.
