Long delay in connecting to the Exchange server after you receive the service upgrade for Office 365

Consider the following scenario. You receive the service upgrade for Microsoft Office 365 or use Outlook together with Microsoft Exchange Server 2013. Then, you open Microsoft Outlook. In this scenario, you experience a long delay when you connect to the Exchange server. The delay can be as much as 10-15 minutes.

This issue was caused by a bug in Outlook 2010.
