FIX: DirectDraw cannot enumerate the primary monitor on a Windows Embedded Compact 7 device

Consider the following scenario:
  • The SYSGEN_MULTIMON property is enabled for a Windows Embedded Compact 7 image.
  • You set the total number of monitors to 2 for the image by using the following registry key:
    "Total Monitors"=dword:2
  • You run the image on a device that has two monitors.
  • You run an application that uses the DirectShow API to play a video on the device.
In this scenario, DirectDraw cannot enumerate the primary monitor. Therefore, the application cannot play the video on either of the monitors.
