- You run an application that creates a cross-session process in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
- This process is immediately killed.
In this scenario, the system crashes. Additionally, you may receive a Stop error message that resembles the following:
- The parameters in this Stop error message may vary, depending on the configuration of the computer. However, the first parameter is always 0x00000003.
- Not all "0x000000F4" Stop errors are caused by this issue.
- The problem may occur if Hitachi's JP1 software package is installed on the server.
