Warning that Central Management Server is hosted by Lync Server 2010 in a Lync Server 2013 coexistence

Symptoms

In the System Center Advisor dashboard for Microsoft Lync Server 2013, the following warning is displayed:
Advisor has detected that this Lync Server 2013 deployment includes both Lync Server 2010 and Lync Server 2013 servers. The CMS is hosted on a Lync 2010 server which will result in an incomplete Lync Server 2013 discovery in System Center Advisor.
This warning occurs when the Central Management Server (CMS) is hosted by a Lync Server 2010 Front End server that coexists in a Lync Server 2013 topology.

Cause

New features were introduced in Lync Server 2013 that aren't available in Lync Server 2010. System Center Advisor doesn't recognize these new features when it performs queries against a Lync Server 2010 CMS. For System Center Advisor to fully recognize and report these new features, the CMS server must be hosted by a Lync Server 2013 pool.
