Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • Your administrator publishes a custom form to the Organizational Forms Library.
    • You run Outlook in an environment where the registry is tightly controlled.
    • You have Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook installed.
    • You receive an item that is created by using the custom form in Outlook.
    • The item is the first item in the Inbox.
    In this scenario, when you try to start Outlook, Outlook may crash.
