This update provides the latest fixes for Excel 2013. It includes stability and performance improvements. Please be aware that this update does not apply to Office 365 editions such as Office 365 Home.

Restart informationYou do not have to restart the computer after you install this update.
- Assume that you have multiple workbooks open in Excel 2013. When you close a workbook after editing, Excel 2013 can crash randomly.
- When you try to drag and embed a worksheet in Excel 2013, Excel 2013 crashes intermittently.
Update informationThis update applies to the Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2013. It does not apply to Office 2013 Click-to-Run edition such as Microsoft Office 365 Home.
