FIX: A memory leak when you call IInternetProtocolSink::ReportProgress() method on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device

When you call the IInternetProtocolSink::ReportProgress() method together with the BINDSTATUS_MIMETYPEAVAILABLE statuson a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device, a memory leak occurs.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.
