Consider the following scenario:
- You go to the Binary page in BizTalk Server Administration Console and view the details of a message in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 or 2013.
- The message contains Unicode characters that are in UTF-16 encoding.
- You copy the message to clipboard and paste it to a text editor.
