Issue that this hotfix package fixes

When you work with a web app in Access 2013, you may frequently receive the following error message:
An error occurred in the client while attempting to communicate with the server <URL>. Please contact your system administrator or technical support.
BUG #: 3483641 (Office15)

Cause

When Access 2013 sends a request to Access Services in SharePoint, there is a default time that Access 2013 waits for a response from the server. The default time varies, depending on the operation that is being executed. When web apps are large and complex, the processing time on the server may take longer than the time that is allocated by the time-out, and Access 2013 may throw this error message. In this scenario, the server may still be processing without error, and will eventually return a successful response, but Access 2013 has stopped waiting.
