Consider the following scenario:
- You create a resource mailbox in an environment that has Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 or a later version update rollup installed, or Cumulative Update 3 for Exchange Server 2013.
- You set a delegate for the resource mailbox by running the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet.
- A meeting request is sent to the resource mailbox.
- The resource delegate receives an auto-forwarded invitation.
This issue occurs because the RTF and HTML text encoding are not handled correctly.
To resolve this issue in Exchange Serve 2010, install the following update rollup:
