Consider the following scenario:
- You have an LG V960 All-in-one computer that is running Windows 8.
- You connect this computer to an external 21:9 widescreen monitor.
- You configure the Orientation setting to Portrait or Portrait (flipped) in the Screen Resolution dialog box.
This issue occurs because the code mistakenly returns an incorrect orientation mode.
