Consider the following scenario:
- You create a transport rule to append disclaimer text to meeting items in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment.
- You enable the rule.
- You create a recurring meeting request that has the weekly recurrence pattern and multiple days selected, and then you send the meeting request.
This issue occurs because the recurrence pattern is translated to a multivalued entry and is parsed by splitting it on commas. However, when writing back with the triggered transport rule, the multivalued entry is truncated at the first comma.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
