Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update is available for adding a new field UCI in printed and electronic payment orders formats for Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

More information

According to the financial ministry order from 12.11.2013 No 107H, a new field UCI (unique charge identifier) is added in payment order document in printing and electronic format. This is a special requisite provided by the tax authority for any kinds of payments such as taxes, fees, fines and so on.

The new field UCI is added in payment journal (Accounts payable (receivable)\Journals\Payments\Payment journal).
The requisite is supposed to be entered manually.
The requisite UCI will be reflected in printed format of payment order in field code.
To include the UCI into electronic format, the field should be set up for mapping. (Cash and bank management\Setup\Electronic formats). The field was added in the list of requisites for setup.
UCI will be automatically reflected and processed in imported statement. (Cash and bank management\Common\Imported statement).

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
