Can't run statistics-based commands against a mailbox that was moved to the High Availability/ANSI-D topology in Office 365 Dedicated

In Microsoft Office 365 Dedicated, you run the following commands against a mailbox that has been moved to the High Availability/ANSI-D topology. However, the commands do not run successfully.
  • (Exchange 2010) Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics or (Exchange 2013) Get-MobileDeviceStatistics
The command does not return the expected data.
  • Get-MoveRequestStatistics
    The following error is returned:

Mailbox ‘John Smith' is not currently being moved.
        + CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (001d.mgd.msft.n...5c-af85c5dfbc56:MoveRequestIdParameter) [Get-MoveRequestStatistics], ManagementObjectNotFoundException
        + FullyQualifiedErrorId : 6B53D3A,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.GetMoveRequestStatistics
  • Get-MailboxRestoreRequest

    The following error is returned:

The request index entry is missing important data for request 'MailboxGuid-MailboxRestore1'.
Couldn't find a local user for this request.
        + CategoryInfo : InvalidArgument: (MailboxGuid:MailboxRestoreRequestIdParameter)
        [Get-MailboxRestoreRequestStatistics], ManagementObjectNotFoundException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : E22FB54F,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.GetMailboxRestoreRequestStatistics

After a mailbox is moved to the High Availability/ANSI-D topology, the results of these commands can't be returned from an Aruna Remove PowerShell (RPS) endpoint during coexistence. After all mailboxes are moved to the High Availability/ANSI-D topology, the RPS endpoint is changed to point to the ANSI-D servers, and then a vanity URL can be used for all RPS connections. For example, the URL might resemble the following:

To resolve this issue, connect to an RPS endpoint in ANSI-D to run these commands. There are four datacenters in the ANSI-D environment. Therefore, one of the following four RPS endpoints can be used:

This RPS endpoint should be used during coexistence for the statistics about ANSI-D mailboxes. Other commands, such as Get-Mailbox and Get-MoveRequest, continue to return results as expected when you connect to the usual RPS endpoint.
