This article describes how to change the default folder to drive C instead of My Documents when you run Microsoft Windows Explorer from the Accessories menu.
By default, when you click Start
, point to Programs
, point to Accessories
, and then click Windows Explorer
, Windows Explorer opens to My Documents. If you want Windows Explorer to open to drive C:
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then right-click Windows Explorer.
- Click Properties, and then type the following text in the Target box:
- Click OK.
