Incorrect orientation for touch input when you wake up the computer from sleep mode in Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1

Applies to: Windows 8.1 EnterpriseWindows 8.1 ProWindows 8.1

This issue occurs because the touch input digitizer is enabled before the monitor is active when you wake up the computer from sleep mode in Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2.
