Only the partner users who have requisite privilege can create and edit company learning paths. If you need to manage the company learning paths for your organization, you should contact your organization partner administrator to grant you the training administrator privilege in the Partner Membership Center.

The training administrator needs to navigate to Partner University Organization dashboard. Once logged in, click on reports. You have two options in checking the team's progress (Courses or assessments), you can also select date ranges as shown below.
The learners will receive an email invite from MicrosoftOnlineLearning@microsoft.com. The hyperlinked languages at the top of the email give learners several translations of the invite email information. When your learners sign in and visit their My Course tile, the Learning Plan you've assigned will be at the top of their list of courses.
