FIX: File Share subscription doesn't populate the description column in SSRS 2012 or SSRS 2014


Symptoms


Assume that you are using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services (SSRS 2012) or SSRS 2014 in SharePoint integrated mode. After you create a file share subscription, the description field is not populated in the subscription list on ManageSubscriptions.aspx page accordingly.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, obtain Service Pack 1 for SQL Server 2014.
