FIX: SSIS package execution fails when it uses DT_TEXT data type in SSIS 2012 or 2014

Assume that you use Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) in SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or SSIS 2014. You run an SSIS package that transforms the data type from DT_TEXT to some other data type in a data flow. In this situation, the package execution may fail, and you receive an exception resembles the following:
