This update fixes the following issues:
- Issue 1
After you move a hard disk drive from one slot in an enclosure to a different slot in Windows 8.1 and a full discovery is performed, the queried enclosure information remains incorrect.
This issue occurs because enclosures are refreshed after the primordial pool is refreshed.
- Issue 2
Consider the following scenario:
- You have a virtual machine that is running Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
- Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) is installed on the virtual machine.
- You monitor server performance through Task Manager or System Center Virtual Machine Manager.
In this scenario, you may find that the memory usage of the server keeps growing every day and that there is a memory leak in the SMPhost.exe file.
This issue occurs because of a leak of the MI_Instance structure per each indication class when you are connected to a remote subsystem from the management computer.
