Issues that this hotfix rollup resolves

Issue 1
Assume that you use a computer that is localized for Norway, Sweden, or Denmark. When you select a DataTable object on a DataColumn object that contains a data type of GUID, you receive an "ArgumentException" exception.

This issue occurs because of the way the GUID is stored in String for all Scandinavian languages.
In a DataTable object, the DataColumn object has an internal index that is sorted by the GUID. The {guid} = 'string' select operation internally perform a binary search that is based on the Compare ({guid} ->string, 'string') function.

The hotfix fixes this error, and lets you search for GUIDs correctly without an exception.
