Text in Polish, Bulgarian, or Greek does not display completely on the Windows Store installation page in Windows

This article describes an issue in which text in Polish, Bulgarian, or Greek does not display completely in Windows 8, Windows RT, or Windows Server 2012. An update is available to resolve this issue. Before you install this update, check out the Prerequisites section.

Symptoms

This issue occurs when you try to upgrade Windows 8 or Windows RT to Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1 in Windows Store, and the update fails, or a Windows app installation error occurs.
