This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Brazilian (br) region.
Symptoms
In the Brazilian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, upon concluding an EFT transaction, the EFT provider returns a text to be printed in the fiscal printer. This text is split in blocks of three lines. Depending on the text layout, this method ends up generating an empty string at the end, which fails when it is sent to the Bematech printer. As a result, the CCD printing is canceled.
Resolution
The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.
A new validation was applied to the text returned by the EFT provider to make the printing method more robust.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
