The display name of this time zone is changed to "(UTC-1:00) Cabo Verde Is."
Chile
Chile announced a DST change on January 28, 2015. For 2015 and going forward, Chile will remain in DST. (No DST change will be observed.) Therefore, the UTC offset for Chile will be updated to UTC-3:00, and the display name of the "Pacific SA Standard Time" time zone will be updated to "(UTC-3:00) Santiago."
Fiji
For the Fiji time zone (UTC+12:00), the DST end time is changed from the third Sunday of January at 02:00 to the third Sunday of January at 03:00.
Iran
Iran follows the Persian calendar. This update corrects the DST data for "Iran Standard Time" in Windows for the years 2015 through 2024.
Magadan
This time zone (formerly UTC+12:00) is changed to "(UTC+10:00) Magadan."
Mexico
The Mexican state of Quintana Roo has moved from UTC-6:00 to UTC-5:00 "(UTC-05:00) Chetumal". This time zone is newly introduced and will not observe DST.
Mongolia
Mongolia will observe DST starting this year. DST for Mongolia starts on the last Saturday of March at 02:00 and ends on the last Saturday of September at 00:00. The following DST rules will be observed.

This update is supported only if all previously issued updates for this product have also been installed.
Restart requirement
After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:

On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.

On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.
Update replacement information
This update does not replace any other updates.
