You use Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager to migrate an application. If you migrate the application more than once, such as from a test environment to a production environment, the application content may not be distributed correctly to child sites.
This problem may occur when the following conditions are true:
- The application is migrated more than once.
- The original source content is not updated.
Before you migrate an application again, make sure that you update the source contents in some manner. For example, append a version number (such as v1.1 or v1.2) to the source folder name.
