"Log provider "Microsoft.LogProviderSQLServer" is not installed correctly" error when you open the Configure SSIS Logs window

Symptoms


Consider the following scenario:
In this scenario, when you open the "Configure SSIS Logs" window (for example: on the SSIS menu, click Logging), you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Log provider "Microsoft.LogProviderSQLServer" is not installed correctly on this computer.

Additionally, the drop-down menu under Configuration becomes a text field.
