MS15-116: Description of the security update for Visio 2013: November 10, 2015

A következőkre vonatkozik: Microsoft Visio 2013 Service Pack 1

This security update resolves vulnerabilities in Microsoft Office that could allow remote code execution if a user opens a specially crafted Office file. To learn more about these vulnerabilities, see Microsoft Security Bulletin MS15-116.

Note To apply this security update, you must have the release version of Service Pack 1 for Visio 2013 installed on the computer. After you apply this security update, you may see a popup window that states that a website wants to open web content in protected mode in Internet Explorer. See Updates to change the way that Internet Explorer interacts with features in Microsoft Office applications for more information.

For a complete list of affected versions of Office software, see Microsoft Knowledge Base article 3104540.

Improvements and fixes

This update also contains fixes for the following nonsecurity issues:
  • Custom add-in (.vsl) files can't be loaded if dependent .dll files that the add-in needs aren't located in the Office15 or the Windows\System32 folder.
  • Assume that you save a Visio 2013 presentation in the HTML format and then view it in Internet Explorer. When you then search for text and then click an item in the list of found occurrences of the search text, the item isn't indicated with an arrow in the drawing.
