Fixes the following issues:
  • SharePoint site may be corrupted if the related MetaInfo field contains some invalid UTF-8 characters. Invalid UTF-8 characters should be unable to be set in this field.
  • OneNote 2010 fails to synchronize a notebook that's shared with OneNote 2016, and you receive the 0xE00001C5 error message.
