This article describes an issue in which an increase in memory usage occurs when you suspend and resume a Windows Embedded Compact 7 device. An update is available to resolve this issue. Before you install this update, all previously issued updates for this product must be installed.
You have a Windows Embedded Compact 7 device that has a Wi-Fi adapter attached. When you repeatedly suspend and resume the device, you experience an increase in memory usage. Additionally, you may experience the following symptoms:
- A memory leak occurs
- The device stops responding
- An access violation occurs
