FIX: SQL Server Managed Backup to Windows Azure tries to back up database snapshots in SQL Server

When this issue occurs, the backup operation fails and you receive an error message that looks something like the following:
[SSMBackup2WAAdminXevent] Database Name = <database_name>, Database ID = <database_id>, Stage = <stage_name>, Error Code = 3002, Error Message = Cannot BACKUP or RESTORE a database snapshot. [SQLSTATE 42000]BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally. [SQLSTATE 42000], Additional Info = Retrying Backup.

This issue occurs because backing up a database snapshot isn't supported in SQL Server 2014 SP1 and SP2.
