ISSUE
When adding an Outlook.com account either automatically or manually, Outlook 2016 or Outlook 2013 crashes.
FIXED
This issue has been fixed. If you're still experiencing this issue, please make sure you have the latest Windows and Office updates.
To update Office, go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
