FIX: An access violation occurs when natively compiled stored procedures are executed concurrently in SQL Server 2016

Assume that you use in-Memory OLTP in Microsoft SQL Server 2016. When you concurrently execute natively compiled stored procedures, an access violation may occur. Additionally, SQL Server may crash.
