When you see instant messages (IMs) from the middle of the conversation history in Microsoft Skype for Business 2016, you may experience one of the following issues:

  • IMs are displayed out of order.
  • IMs stop displaying.
  • Client crashes.

To fix these issues, install the April 4, 2017, update (KB3178717) for Skype for Business 2016.
