FIX: Blank spaces in the parameter area when you open SSRS report that contains Hidden or Internal parameters in SQL Server 2016

Applies to: SQL Server 2016 Enterprise CoreSQL Server 2016 EnterpriseSQL Server 2016 Developer

Assume that you publish a report that contains many parameters in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Reporting Services (SSRS) that is running in SharePoint Integrated Mode. If the report contains some Hidden or Internal parameters and you open the report in a web browser, you may see some blank spaces in the Parameter area of the report. In this case, the blank spaces are reserved incorrectly for those Hidden or Internal parameters.

This fix is included in Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2016 Service Pack 1.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
