If you bought it while signed in to Microsoft
Go to account.microsoft.com.
Select Payment & Billing > Order history.
Find the item. The shipping status should be on the same line. If it's not there and the purchase is fairly new, waiting a bit can help.
If you bought it as a guest
If you are signed in to Microsoft, sign out.
Go to guest order tracking.
Enter the email address you used for the order, and the order number.
Note: Guest ordering is not available in all countries or regions.
