OneNote 2013

You can keep your private notes safe from prying eyes by protecting a notebook section with a password. When a section is password-protected, all of its pages are locked until you enter the correct password.

  1. Right-click the section tab you want to protect, then click Password Protect this Section.

  2. In the Password Protection task pane, click Set Password.

  3. In the Password Protection dialog box, type the password you want into the Enter Password box.

  4. Confirm the password by typing it again into the Confirm Password box, then click OK.
