Get online in more places by buying a paid cellular data plan in Windows 10. You pay for plans using the same payment info stored in your Microsoft account and used to buy apps in the Store. You’ll need a PC that’s running Windows 10 that also has a cellular modem, a supported SIM card, the Paid Wi-Fi & Cellular app, and a Microsoft account.
Select the Network icon on the taskbar, and then see if a cellular network name appears in the list of networks with the phrase Buy from Windows Store underneath it.
Choose the cellular network if it appears there, and make sure you're connected to it. Next, select Connect with a data plan.
In the Paid Wi-Fi & Cellular app, choose a plan to buy from the Store , and then follow the instructions to buy it to get online. If you haven't added a payment method to your Microsoft account, you'll be asked to do this.
